Bearing the trademarks of a Jaguar, the spectacular launch party at the Changi Exhibition Centre combined form and exhilaration, unveiling the All-new Jaguar F-PACE with a stunning artistic performance that excited the senses. Hosted by actor and television personality, Paul Foster, the launch was attended by more than 600 guests and personalities including Angelique Yeo, Claire Jedrek, Daren Tan, Ed Russell, Jon Yongfook Cockle, Natalie Yap, Phyllis Koh, Shawn Tay, Sheila Sim, Talenia Phua Gajardo and Viola Tan.
Their F-PACE journey began at the main lounge with an interactive digital experience and an assortment of drinks and canapés as guests awaited the highlight of the night. Guests were invited to discover the F-PACE’s perfect blend of sporty performance and everyday practicality through the F-PACE Preview App. Revealing the performance SUV in stunning style, the app provided an immersive experience where the F-PACE's sleek design, engine, ride and handling capabilities and a wealth of additional features were brought to life. An interactive photowall, which allowed guests to take photos with their very own customised Jaguar F-PACE, added an element of fun while the InstaPop photobooth with instant printouts provided guests with mementos from the evening.
As excitement built, guests were welcomed into the main show area for the long awaited unveil of the All-new F-PACE. Addressing a full house crowd, Mr. Russell Anderson, Managing Director of Asia Pacific Importers, Jaguar Land Rover Singapore, thanked guests for their overwhelming response and shared his excitement for Jaguar's first-ever performance SUV and how it is the ultimate practical sports car. Anticipation grew as guests were teased with Jaguar’s new F-PACE commercial that stars Professor Stephen Hawking as the new British evil mastermind, getting the show on the road.
Mirroring the seductive aesthetics, practicality and performance of the F-PACE, a visual and aural spectacle was seamlessly choreographed across three acts to unveil the highly anticipated performance crossover. An elegant blend of modern ballet, contemporary dance and hip-hop kicked off the launch sequence, captivating the audience with their expressive moves. The atmosphere and tempo was taken up a notch with an electrifying performance by jazz pianist Audrey Stefanie Tengkey and acclaimed Singaporean turntablist DJ KoFlow against a backdrop of slick visuals showcasing the F-PACE’s class leading features and practicality. The show built up to a rousing end with rapper Kevin Lester and vocalist Vanessa Fernandez emerging from the back of two F-PACEs. Kevin’s energetic and upbeat performance was joined by Vanessa’s smooth and powerful rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody, taking the launch into overdrive and culminating in the finale where the All-new Jaguar F-PACE was unveiled, showcasing the art of performance.
Following the dramatic reveal of the latest in Jaguar’s seductive bloodline, guests were invited to experience the F-PACE alongside the new generation of Jaguar vehicles at the brand’s first-ever The Art of Performance Tour in Singapore. Taking car enthusiasts on a unique driving experience, which included dynamic driving, circuit and Jaguar’s world leading Smart Cone course, guests got to experience the Jaguar DNA of legendary performance, exceptional ride and handling as well as maximum driving exhilaration on the F-PACE, XE, XF, XJ and F-TYPE.
The F-PACE is now available in four trim levels – the entry-level Prestige, the sporty R-Sport and high performance S and First Edition, a special model to celebrate this launch – at the Jaguar showroom with a launch price from SGD245,999 with 5-year servicing and guaranteed registration by July 2016.
