As the first Swedish golf professional, 40 year old Henrik Stenson won a major tournament. He triumphed at the 145. British Open in the Scottish Troon with 246 blows and three blows lead against Phil Mickelson from the USA.
The Swedish player who already won the BMW International Open three weeks ago showed discipline and self-assurance and won the title with an additional record. With 68, 65, 68 and splendid 63 blows it was the lowest Major Score of all time.
HUGO BOSS - partner and outfitter of Henrik Stenson since 2004 - congratulates on this prominent result.
