Robert Williams, British Airways’ head of Asia Pacific sales said, "London, Australia, Europe and the US have a lot to offer for tourists especially at this time of the year. With Christmas decorations and sales, there has never been a better time to visit these countries. For London in particular, with the current exchange rate everything is significantly cheaper. Christmas shopping at Harrods or Selfridges, a new winter coat from Paul Smith or Burberry, or dinner at the prestigious Ivy, now are of better value to international customers than ever.

"Our year-end offers include affordable packages to 16 European destinations. Travellers can visit the pyramid at Berlin’s Alexanderplatz Christmas market, or browse among hundreds of wooden huts that sell traditional glassware, jewellery, wooden toys at Prague’s oldest Christmas market in Havelska. They can also choose to savour the fragrant and warming mulled wine and cinnamon chimney cakes at Budapest’s most captivating Christmas market at Vörösmarty Square. We encourage all Singaporeans to take advantage of our fantastic year-end offers and enjoy London for less.”
